Orders placed on divinecashmere.com will be shipped within 3 working days from receiving your order using a fully traceable courier to your requested shipping address. If you need to receive your order sooner please contact our customer service team and we will do our best to get your order to you with an express service where possible.
When placing an order on divinecashmere.com you are agreeing to our returns policy.
You can send an exchange or refund request within 7 days from receiving your Divine Cashmere delivery. Once your request has been accepted you have 3 working days to get the good back to us. Requests should be sent to email@example.com including your order number and a brief description of the request.
Please note goods should be returned in unworn condition with no signs of wear. Goods that are marked or show any signs of wear cannot be refunded and will be returned to the sender.
Any postage costs are non-refundable and return postage will be at the customer's cost, we recommend you use a tracked service with insurance when sending items back to the Divine Cashmere office as we cannot take responsibility for returns lost in transit.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
If an item has been specially ordered there is a strict no refund policy.
